This is one of the many typical situations I walk in to with dealing with three kids in this house: the 2 year old, the 10 year old & the 40 year old. 
The biggest kid thought it would be funny to give the littlest kid an open bottle of baby powder.
As she walked through the mess she made in the living room, she made white footprints ALL OVER THE HOUSE!!
I love this pic. You can't quite see all of it in her hair & on her face but it was everywhere. For the record, this happened like 4 days ago & I still haven't gotten all of it up...it keeps reappearing from out of nowhere!!
We met up with Dione & Drake @ Toys'R'Us one Saturday afternoon for a Thomas the Train storybook time. The Thomas event was a flop but the cars were a huge hit!

I first started giving her dry rice to move with a measuring spoon from one bowl to another. Once she mastered that we moved on to stringing large pasta onto soft rubbery threads. She's making a "neckwacess."
She enjoys doing it, it keeps her little hands away from the hot surface & I figured she could work on her fine motor skills.
Me: "Do you need any help Morgan?"
Now...to find a way to keep her from eating it!! Do they make jalapeno flavored pasta?
